He asked what percentage is the nuimber cut down by them in percentage terms of the whole population? What has it to do with it. If the amount of money a robber taken from a bank is negiligible in terms of the total amount in banks does not make it o.k. and they telling people to stop complaining about it. If it is wrong, it is wrong. 周鵬’s comments defied all logic. All it amounts to is telling the PRC people it’s o.k., keep doiing it, just the H.,K. people complaining too much!
